NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man is facing an attempted murder charge after he was accused of firing multiple shots at his ex-girlfriend, according to an arrest affidavit.

Metro Nashville Police Department officers were dispatched to 3130 Clarksville Pike on Sunday, Nov. 16, just before 3:15 p.m. for reports of a shooting. The victim reportedly called dispatch and said her ex-boyfriend had shot at her multiple times while she was in her car at Prince Gas Station on Clarksville Pike.

When officers arrived, the victim told them she had dated the suspect, identified as 39-year-old Deandre Blackmon, for about a month before they broke up on Nov. 12.
