CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey announced the appointment of a new justice to the West Virginia Supreme Court.
Gerald Titus III was named today to West Virginia’s High Court.
Titus fills the vacancy left by the passing of Justice Tim Armstead.
Titus joins the West Virginia Supreme Court after 16 years in private practice.
