AUSTIN, Texas — Llano County has temporarily lifted its countywide burn ban for the upcoming weekend.
Llano County Judge Ron Cunningham issued an order on Friday, declaring that the burn ban was lifted temporarily beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday and lasting until Monday, Nov. 24 at 10 a.m.
A reason for the temporary lifting of the ban was not mentioned, but the Llano County Office of Emergency Management reiterated that any and all burns must be reported to the Llano County Sheriff's Office and all burns must end once the ban goes back into effect on Monday morning.
