EAGLE, Idaho — Story by Ruby Larios – Eagle High School

Former Eagle High School student Jimmy Larson has made quite an impact on his school community and continues to volunteer his time to help others.

The first thing you notice about Jimmy is that he is missing his left eye.

“I was born this way. I was born in China. I was born with one eye,” Jimmy said.

Eagle football head coach James Cluphf recalled meeting Jimmy for the first time.

“I was putting on a freshman orientation during the summer, and I remember they had a big competition. He came flying out of the stands with the energy that Jimmy brings,” Cluphf said.
