LAKEWOOD, Ohio — Lakewood City Council this week got its first look at the potential price tags of three options to add more space to the aging City Hall.
Consultants from PMC and Weber Murphy Fox Architects outlined the plans, which came with costs ranging from $21.4 million to nearly $40 million.
And officials cautioned the numbers are rough estimates.
“These are scale costs so that we understand kind of like orders of magnitude if we pick one route what it likely might be,” Council Vice President Kyle Baker cautioned during the presentation. “But there’s not a lot of detail on the bone to then provide that estimate.”
