A 22-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy have been charged over a drive-by shooting on a home belonging to an innocent elderly couple in Sydney’s south-west, which was filmed and posted online.

Chilling footage captured the moment a gunman opened fire on the Bossley Park home before fleeing the scene in a white Audi that was crashed and abandoned two blocks from the address.

A volley of shots was fired into the house on Aberdeen Street about 6.30am on Friday, sparking a substantial manhunt into the afternoon. No one was injured in the shooting.

Friday morning’s shooting was the second time the property had been targeted in 48 hours. A single bullet hit a caravan outside the home in one of three shootings on Wednesday night.
