TYLER, Texas — Arp Tigers against the Daingerfield Tigers -- it's a game has all the ingredients in being a shootout, but neither coach wants it to be.
Both teams putting up over 40 points a game — but Arp is gonna have to lean on their defense — a unit that’s only allowed double-digit scores three times this season.
It’s a beast Texas catfight, and the claws are coming out as the one-loss Arp Tigers take on the Daingerfield, well, Tigers.
Two teams, same mascots, same goal, and both putting up big numbers on the offensive side of the ball.
"They're very talented, but the understanding of the game has just been, is what I think, what has allowed us to put so many points up," said Daingerfield head coach Davin Nelson.
