Chennai, Nov 22: Director J. K. Chandru’s action-comedy Revolver Rita, starring Keerthy Suresh, has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with a U/A rating, paving the way for its worldwide release on November 28.

The film was initially slated to arrive in theatres on August 27 for the Vinayaka Chathurthi weekend, but its release was postponed. Passion Studios, one of the producers, announced the new release date and censorship clearance on social media, writing: “We’ll see U/And your family in theatres on Nov 28th. #RevolverRitaFromNov28”
