Three people are facing charges following a shooting that injured four people during a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in North Carolina.
The shooting in Concord, which is about 19 miles northeast of Charlotte, happened just before 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Officials say this was not a random act of violence directed at the public, but rather that the suspects were known to each other.
The Concord Police Department has identified 18-year-old Nasir Ahmad Bostic of Concord as one of the shooters. He is also one of the four gunshot wound victims who were transported to the hospital, and he remains in critical condition.
