Chelsea moved up to second in the Premier League for the time being as they won 2-0 against Burnley at Turf Moor.
Enzo Maresca ’s side face Barcelona and Arsenal in a huge week coming up and produced the ideal audition as Pedro Neto and Enzo Fernandez scored either side of the break .
Maresca was also able to rest Moises Caicedo, Alejandro Garnacho and Estevao, with Reece James taken off at half-time in a game that tested the Blues but never felt like proving a challenge that would be beyond them.
Standard Sport’s Dom Smith was at Turf Moor to rate the Chelsea players’ performances…
Robert Sanchez 6
Kept another valuable clean sheet in the league, but didn’t have to do a great deal to do so.
Reece James 6
Some good examples of the Englishman using his physicality and strength
