Sunday is a big test for the Steelers’ run defense against the Bears and their second-best run offense.

That test isn’t just for their players, but also could be a referendum on how well Omar Khan and the Steelers front office did in their mission to fix a problem that ended their 2024 season.

After the Ravens ran them over twice for 220 rushing yards in a regular season loss and 299 in a playoff loss, the Steelers made finding a top-end defensive tackle in the NFL draft a priority and selected Derrick Harmon 21st overall while also adding Yahya Black in the fifth round.
