SEGUIN, Texas — A mother is pleading for her daughter to come home.
10-year-old Amarianna Castillo is missing in Seguin after she said she was going to a friend's house, but never showed up.
Her mother, Shanee Ramirez, told KENS 5 it’s not like her daughter to be missing like this.
“I’m not mad at you, I just want to know you’re okay. Just please text me back," Ramirez said.
The last time Ramirez said her daughter messaged her was Thursday night.
Castillo told her mother she was going to be at a friend’s house.
“We checked with the parents, and they have not seen Amarianna, so she just lied about the whole situation, but she really wasn’t there," Ramirez said.
Amarianna was last seen at a relative's home in the 16-hundred block of Sunset Street on Friday morning.
