CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (KKTV) - A man previously convicted of murder was sentenced to additional prison time after the death of a fellow inmate in Lincoln County.

According to the 23 rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office, Arthur Price, 40, is accused of beating and strangling Paul Hack, 65, at the Limon Correctional Facility on Aug. 17, 2023.

The DA said after the attack, Price dragged Hack’s body down several flights of stairs and sat beside his body while waiting for correctional officers.

As he was escorted away, the DA says Price stated, “That’s what child molesters get.”

Price pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and abuse of a corpse. Price had already served 12 years of a 36-year sentence for a woman’s murder in 2013, and was sentenced to an additional 41
