NFL hands down punishment to Steelers' Jalen Ramsey after Ja'Marr Chase incident

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back Jalen Rams ey has officially avoided a suspension.

According to On SI's Jay Morrison , Ramsey was fined $14,491 for striking Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase in the Week 11 contest.

Ramsey was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct for the action and was ejected from the contest as a result.

Of course, Ramsey hit Chase in retaliation for the Bengals wide receiver spitting on him before that. Chase denied the allegation, but it was later revealed clearly on video that he was indeed guilty.
