LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man wanted out of Mississippi was arrested following a traffic stop in Lebanon on Saturday, according to police.

The Lebanon Police Department said officers noticed a Lincoln Navigator driving in the middle of Bluebird Road, so the officers initiated a traffic stop for failing to maintain their lane.

During the stop officers discovered that the driver had a suspended license and was wanted on a nationwide extradition warrant out of Mississippi for possession of methamphetamine while in possession of a weapon.

The 40-year-old was arrested without incident following the stop. He was issued multiple traffic citations and charged with driving on a suspended license.
