WAIPAHU, Hawaii (Island News) -- A man was arrested in Waipahu after he allegedly fired a gun during an argument on Saturday.
Police officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a home on Aniani Place in Waipahu at around 2:44 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22. Police said a 31-year-old man allegedly pulled out a hand gun during an argument. A shot was then fired into the air as the victim stood nearby, though no one was hit from the gunshot.
The man was quickly located and officers took away his gun. He was arrested for first-degree reckless endangering.
The man’s charges are pending as this investigation continues.
