SPOKANE, Wash. – Bistango , a popular downtown martini lounge, celebrated its 20th anniversary with a lively event on Saturday.

Reema Shaver, the owner of Bistango, reflected on the journey, sharing both the memorable and challenging moments the establishment has faced over the years. She highlighted the market crash in 2008 and the COVID-19 pandemic as particularly difficult times. However, Shaver expressed gratitude for the support from the Inland Northwest community.

"People are having the best time! They're here with their families, their friends, their children. When you create that kind of space, where people can be and enjoy each other and laughter. That is the most inspiring thing for me and my team," Shaver said.
