Patna, Nov 23: In a major political shift in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has lost the crucial Home Department portfolio for the first time in nearly twenty years. Except for a brief period, Nitish had held the Home Ministry uninterruptedly since 2005, regardless of the alliance in power.
