The Flagstaff City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to authorize the sale of a vacant city-owned parcel of land located on the north side of Butler Avenue, just east of San Francisco Street.

The 7,100-square-foot lot at 116 E. Butler Ave. was sold for $255,000 to a limited-liability corporation, which already owns the neighboring parcels at 120 and 122 E. Butler Ave. Copy article link Sign up for our newsletters
