Newcastle United have taken the next step to bringing back an official season ticket waiting list at St James' Park.

As things stand, there are no opportunities to purchase a season ticket at St James' with available seats simply going back into the game by game ballot system. However, Newcastle have now contacted members to attend a season ticket waiting list workshop next month.

At the recent Fan Advisory Board meeting, it was confirmed by club executives that a further consultation with supporters was required. Earlier this autumn, fans pleaded with United to offer transparency on the number of season ticket holders and the processes that are in place - if any - to get one.
