SPOKANE, Wash. — Close to a month after a plane crash killed a business owner, the community gathered to celebrate his life.
"Thank you for being here to celebrate the most incredible man I've ever known," said Dan's wife Nadine.
On a cloudy day inside the Valley One Church, friends and family came together to celebrate the life of Dan Arrotta. Sharing stories and memories, for the God-fearing man who led by example, showing it's not about the mistakes you make in life but how you overcome them.
"God looked at Dan's ashes, years lost to alcohol, pills, darkness and chains no program alone could break and he spoke life," said Nadine. "I love you, my stranger turned soulmate. Thank you for being still with me while God wrote the most beautiful love story I have ever lived, I feel so thank
