Georgia women's basketball earned its first win at Stegeman Coliseum since 2017 over in-state rival Georgia Tech on Sunday.

The Lady Bulldogs downed the Yellow Jackets, 87-59.
"It was exciting, it was something I was looking forward to, I'll say, to see familiar faces again," sophomore guard Dani Carnegie said. "But it was another game to me at the end of the day, and I was playing with my new sisters I have."
Carnegie gestured to fellow sophomore guard Trinity Thomas with a smile as she referenced her "new sisters." Turner posted 18 points, four rebounds and five assists.
