Shedeur Sanders got his first taste of NFL action last week, but with the Cleveland Browns quarterback situation still mired by injury, the former member of the Colorado Buffaloes got the nod in Week 12 against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Sanders didn't have the best first appearance a week ago, in injury relief against the Baltimore Ravens, but a new week means a fresh start against a poor Raiders defense. And, as expected, Deion Sanders — Shedeur's father — made the trip to Las Vegas to take in his son's first official start in the NFL.
Ahead of Sunday afternoon's game, Shedeur and Deion shared a touching moment and a hug as Sanders was headed out onto the field before the game.
Then later, Deion Sanders was spotted in the stands looking like the proudest dad imaginable after a big play from Shedeur.
Incredibly heartwarming stuff right there.
