WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A woman is dead after stepping in front of a train Saturday night in Altoona.

Kansas Highway Patrol says Angel M Stephens, 21, was walking westbound on 7th Street on Friday at 3:45 p.m.. KHP says it's believed she did not hear or see the train when she stepped in front of it. The train was traveling north.
