A beloved restaurant in the Pittsburgh area will soon be closing its doors.

The Grant Bar in Millvale recently announced it will close after 90 years of service to the community.

The mayor of Millvale took to social media , describing the restaurant as a place that represented the best of Millvale's spirit, as it has been a gathering for families for generations.

The last day of operation is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29.
