Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles immediately dropped a concerning injury update on star quarterback Baker Mayfield following the club’s ugly 34-7 defeat at the hands of the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
Baker Mayfield left the game after suffering a shoulder injury in the second quarter of the Bucs’ prime-time clash with the Rams. Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Bowles stated that Mayfield sustained a left shoulder sprain and will undergo an MRI on Monday.
