LAS VEGAS — Myles Garrett watched as his rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders heaved the ball down the field. At the moment when wide receiver Isaiah Bond came down with the 52-yard catch, cameras caught the Browns ' All-Pro defensive end turn around in a state of disbelief.
