Vocalist Alissa White-Gluz has parted ways with Arch Enemy .
Following a 12-year stint with the Swedish melodic death metallers, the singer has taken to social media to simply state that the two have “parted ways”, and that she is “forever thankful to the thousands of amazing fans I have met along the way”.
Likewise, the band have kept things relatively short and simple regarding the situation, writing of Alissa: “We’re thankful for the time and music that we’ve shared and wish her all the best.” They haven’t revealed her replacement yet, but they do tease, “Wherever there is an ending, there is also a beginning.”
