A "do not eat" warning has been put in place for three Christmas sold by the same company following a possible health risk being identified.
Flapjackery has recalled its Mince Pie Crumble Flapjack, its Christmas Tower box and its Rudolph boxes which all have a best before date of March 2026 due to an allergen alert.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said the decision to pull the items was made after the goods were found to contain "undeclared" almonds in the crumb, making it a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to almonds, or more broadly, treenuts.
Flapjackery's notice said "any Mince Pie Crumble" product purchased since November 1 of this year, up and including November 19 should be returned to any store for a full refund.
