HELENA — There exists at least one “Just Huot” hat in the wild, white with a Nike swoosh underneath, a parity of the company’s “Just Do It” campaign supporting first-year Carroll College quarterback Kaden Huot.

A victorious scoreboard and setting sun seemed to reflect off the cap’s white paneling Saturday as Huot and family cycled through jubilant post game photo poses. Huot, the former Helena High Bengal who transferred from the University of Montana and won Carroll’s open signal-caller gig during fall camp, slung four touchdowns in a 42-35 outcome over St. Thomas University (Fla.), helping earn the Saints’ first NAIA Football Championship Series (FCS) victory in exactly 11 years.

“Just playing football, you know?” Huot said with a smile. “That’s all it is. Just having fun.”
