At least four more Palestinians have been killed in Gaza as Israel braces for Hezbollah revenge attacks following a weekend air-strike on Beirut. Hezbollah chiefs are considering striking back after its chief of staff and veteran fighter Haytham Tabtabai was killed in the capital’s south on Sunday.
