Spokane – Clallam County Commissioner Mark Ozias was elected to serve as the President of the Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) for the coming year. He succeeds Rob Coffman, County Commissioner from Lincoln County. He was elected at the County Leaders Conference last week in Spokane.
WSAC is a voluntary, non-profit association serving counties in Washington since 1906. It provides a variety of services to its member counties, including advocacy, professional development, public-private business partnerships, and a forum to network and share best practices.
