SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Attorney General Keith Ellison, alongside a bipartisan coalition of 24 other attorneys general and the City of New York, called on Shopify Inc. to take stronger measures against merchants using its platform to sell illegal tobacco products, particularly e-cigarettes. Shopify, based in Canada, allows entrepreneurs and retailers to sell products online.
