Two more Rogers High School students have been arrested and charged with the assault of a fellow student.
Newport police announced on Monday, Nov. 24, that a 17-year-old male student and a 14-year-old male student were arrested and charged earlier that day.
Newport police announced on Friday, Nov. 20, that a 16-year-old Rogers student, whom the Newport police said is shown in a video assaulting another student, was charged with two counts of assault on persons with special needs. The assailant, whom the police did not name because of his age, was scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon in Family Court, Newport.
On Saturday, Nov. 22, another 16-year-old Rogers High School student was charged with assault against the same victim, according to a press release issued by the Newport P
