For the third straight year, the Somerset Briar Jumpers’ road to the state championship went through Owensboro.

The Jumpers took the three hour drive to Owensboro to take on the Aces in a Class 2A regional championship game. Somerset battled to the bitter end, but ultimately fell to the Aces 27-19 to bring another great season to a close.
