The Ottawa Senators will be down a couple of bodies as their road trip continues.

Ridly Greig and Thomas Chabot were both ruled out for Monday’s game against the Los Angeles Kings, head coach Travis Green said.

Greig, 23, will miss his third straight game with an undisclosed injury.

For the season, he has two goals and six assists while playing all 19 Senators games prior to being sidelined.

Rookie Stephen Halliday, who made his NHL debut on the road trip and has one assist in two games, will once again to step in for Greig.

Chabot, 28, will head back to the press box after returning for Saturday’s 3-2 win over the San Jose Sharks following a three-game absence of his own with an upper-body injury.

In 18 games, the defenceman has tallied two goals and eight assists.
