CORVALLIS, Ore. - InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization (IHN-CCO) is making a substantial commitment to community health and equity.

The organization has allocated more than $1.7 million to fund 15 pilot projects and support five emerging community partnerships. These investments, set to launch in January 2026, target Benton, Lincoln, and Linn counties. The Delivery System Transformation (DST) Committee, composed of community partners from various sectors, approved these projects.
