For families caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s or dementia, even a few quiet moments can feel life-changing. In Chattanooga, one ministry is offering exactly that — four hours of joy, connection, and much-needed rest.

Abide Respite Ministry provides a welcoming space filled with music, art, laughter, and companionship. Three days a week, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., volunteers pair one-on-one with participants living with dementia.
