Paramedics moved the American Pie actress, 50, from a hotel lobby to a nearby ambulance early Sunday morning, Nov. 23, according to video obtained by TMZ . The distressing incident was captured by an onlooker.

A representative for Reid did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
