FALLS, Pa. — A woman in Wyoming County wanted to get involved with animal rescues, and she found a roundabout way of doing it.
She bought a piece of land, became the owner of a vineyard, and started a non-profit that would allow her to be the animal advocate she hoped to be.
"So I adopted a pit bull-type dog in 2012, and it changed the trajectory of my life. Things are starting to happen, where I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I wanted to build community. I wanted to help rescue, and this land was available, so I jumped on it," said Jennifer Estelle, B & LET LIV.
The pit bull who changed Jennifer Estelle's life was named Buster. He passed away in 2021, but he continues to be the fuel for Jen's advocacy for animal rescues and the pit bull breed.
He is the 'B' in the name
