How early is too early to start stringing up your Christmas lights is a highly debated topic.

While some people insist on waiting until after they've finished their Thanksgiving turkey to set up their Christmas tree, many don't wait long after they are done handing out Halloween candy to start putting up Christmas lights.

The city of Fort Collins doesn't have any rules limiting when residents can start putting up seasonal decorations, but specific homeowner associations might.

Do you immediately swap out your pumpkins for Christmas lights, or do you wait (whether you want to or not) for after Thanksgiving to deck the halls? Vote in the poll below.
