Adams County Sheriff Travis Patten has announced the arrests of two inmates accused of tampering with a state’s witness in an ongoing homicide trial.
According to the sheriff, the incident happened on November 20, 2025, around 10 a.m. while a state’s witness was at the Adams County Courthouse awaiting testimony in the Myrtle Drive homicide case. During that time, information surfaced about an encounter that had taken place inside the Adams County Jail.
Sheriff Patten said that during a routine transition period — when several inmates, state’s witnesses and newly arrested individuals were being moved — inmates Tyrell “Tydi” White and Frederick “Baby Freddie” Hauer came into contact with the state’s witness.
