Hamilton County sheriff's deputies reported that he rear-ended a driver at the intersection and left the scene in the evening hours of Nov. 18.
Officers later located a Chrysler Pacifica and Rodenberg in Indian Hill. A crash report indicates he was taken to Jewish Hospital and given a blood alcohol test, though the results have not been made public.
In court Monday, Rodenberg voluntarily surrendered his license.
