A former Middlesex County Superior Court judge who was suspended after allegedly hiding her fugitive boyfriend from police will not receive her state pension.

The state pension board ruled on Nov. 12 that Carlia Brady forfeited her benefits following her indictment on official misconduct and hindering apprehension charges stemming from a 2013 incident in Woodbridge.

Brady, who earned $165,000 annually before her suspension, was appointed to the Superior Court in April 2013 and served in the civil division for two months. She was then accused of harboring her then-boyfriend , who was wanted for armed robbery at an Old Bridge pharmacy.

The criminal charges against Brady were later dismissed.

She was reinstated to the Superior Court in March 2018 following a five-year suspension.
