Michelle Obama’s trim figure has already sparked Ozempic speculation amongst fans online.

The former first lady recently posted behind-the-scenes footage of her photo shoot with famed photographer Annie Leibovitz via Instagram, in which she could be seen showing off her fit physique.

Obama confidently posed in a simple yet chic outfit consisting of a gray T-shirt, jeans and brown suede boots. Her pose subtly revealed a peek at her toned stomach.
