Love Island USA‘s Jeremiah Brown made a guest cameo on St. Denis Medical — just in time for a romance story line.

During the Monday, November 24, episode of the NBC sitcom, Matt (Mekki Leeper) and Serena (Kahyun Kim) are treating a patient who keeps fainting without an explanation. The nurses try to help him figure out what is causing him to pass out, which they are only able to solve once Brown’s character appears.

It turned out that the patient had a crush on his roommate — played by the reality star — but he didn’t realize it until it turned into a medical issue. Matt and Serena remained hopeful about the outcome of their patient’s love life while dealing with their own secret feelings for each other.
