Ruben Amorim waved his arms and screamed as Manchester United attempted to win the ball back from Everton. Amorim insisted after each win in October there was plenty more work to do and he was right.
Everton had won just once at United in the Premier League in the past 32 years , a 1-0 triumph in 2013 under Roberto Martinez when David Moyes was managing in the home dugout.
Moyes had not won at Old Trafford in 17 attempts as a visiting manager, so history was stacked against Everton, but he oversaw an unlikely victory with just 10 men on the pitch.
Amorim made two changes and both were enforced, with Harry Maguire and Matheus Cunha dropping out of the squad due to injury , opening the door for Leny Yoro and Joshua Zirkzee to start.
