BOISE, Idaho — A hand recount of all ballots cast in the Nov. 4 election added 373 previously unreported ballots but did not change the outcome of any races, Elmore County Clerk Shelley Essl said Monday.

The updated tally brings the total number of ballots cast to 3,193.

The recount was conducted after officials discovered a discrepancy between the number of ballots and the number of voters who participated.
