Nominations for the 2025 Lompoc Holiday Decoration Contest are being accepted from residences and places of business displaying outdoor holiday lights and decorations.

The contest is open to participants within Lompoc city limits until Tuesday, Dec. 16, when judging takes place.

Businesses and residences will be judged separately, with prize winners picked by the Lompoc Beautification and Appearance Commission judges.

Contest categories include: A Classic Christmas; A Shining Star; Coastal Christmas; A Space Age Christmas, and an Inflatable Christmas (spectacular inflatable displays).
