Police are concerned for the welfare of a man who has been missing from Plymouth since the beginning of November.

Phillip Lloyd, 62, was last seen in Plymouth on Tuesday, November 4.

Phillip is described by police as white, 6ft tall, slim to medium build, bald and usually wearing a hat.

He also has a slight Liverpudlian accent.

Devon and Cornwall Police say they believe he was seen in Newton Abbot since disappearing from Plymouth. However, his whereabouts are still unknown.
